Our farm is located in Nogarole Rocca, in the province of Verona near the border with Mantua. Rice has been grown here since the late eighteenth century. Since then, Corte Colombare has been a hub for the economic and social life of the local community for its centuries-old rice-growing tradition, passing down from generation to generation the importance of the quality of the product resulting from the work of the land and love for the land.

Although the advent of agricultural processing machines has substantially changed the social reality connected to the ancient rural courts, our farm has been carefully following the cultivation of rice for four generations, maintaining the links with the history of the product and its territory unchanged.

Rice is the typical product of this area and is universally recognized for its nutritional properties. Our lands are fed directly by pure spring waters which lead to the production of a unique and high quality product.

The quality of our rice - Nano Vialone Veronese IGP and Carnaroli Classico - is guaranteed by a controlled supply chain in every step, from sowing to sale. For some years now, we have also added to the production and the processing of rice an agritourism, with the renovation of some parts of the manor house. The result is four apartments immersed in the Veronese countryside.
