Born from a deep love for pomegranate fruit came the desire and curiosity to experiment with cultivating them in our Tuscan lands.
After a careful selection of the best plant varieties capable of adapting to our territory, we created the first pioneering organic pomegranate grove in the hills of Prato and later replicated it in the sunny, lush Pian di Rocca—an oasis nestled between the seas of Rocchette and Cala Violina.
In both cases, the results were astonishing: we obtained exceptional harvests, fruits with incredibly soft arils, and exquisitely sweet juice.
