Buiese Distillerie was founded in Friuli in 1918 and has been carrying on the art of distillation for over a century, combining experience, passion and a deep connection with its land.
Our grappas and liqueurs are born from carefully selected ingredients, artisanal expertise and a desire to innovate without losing the authenticity that has always defined us. 
Our grappas tell the story of Friuli through its grape varieties and pomace, while our liqueurs reinterpret traditional ingredients, aromas and recipes with a contemporary and distinctive style.
For us, however, a bottle is more than just a product: it is a moment to enjoy together. A toast, a table shared with others, a story told among friends. Because we believe that the best things become even more meaningful when they are shared.
