We are in Puglia, farmers for three generations. Our estate spans 360 hectares with nearly 80,000 trees, including centuries-old olive trees over 240 years old.

In the grove, daily care and harvesting at the right moment preserve the integrity of the fruit; at the mill, state-of-the-art equipment safeguards aromas and freshness, turning the fruit’s vitality into oil within hours.
