Riso Margherita is a brand of excellence in the Italian rice production panorama. With an extension of almost 300 hectares of property, we produce the best varieties of Italian rice. All stages of production (cultivation, drying, transformation and packaging) are followed and processed directly in our company. The feature that distinguishes us is the "Stone Milling Process", an ancient processing method that allows to preserve all the organoleptic properties of the outer layers of the rice grain, taking on an amber colour that guarantees more flavour and an exceptional firmness when cooked.
