Dedicated to the world of Haute Patisserie: it is on these premises that Torrefazione Dubbini is founded, the exclusive brand of the historic Diemme S.p.A. roasting company. operating in the Ho.Re.Ca. channel of high range since 1927, founded by Romeo and Emma Dubbini, and currently led by the third generation of the family, the brothers Giannandrea and Federico.
A one-of-a-kind project dedicated to artisanal pastry shops with cafés that are looking for an exclusive, sublime product, where coffee becomes the protagonist alongside sweet creations. Tasting a coffee signed by Torrefazione Dubbini becomes a truly uncommon sensorial and gustatory experience, combined with haute patisserie.

The choice of a brand dedicated exclusively to this excellence was born from the need, which has become increasingly predominant, for a coffee in harmony with the world of desserts, capable of enhancing the different declinations and nuances of taste. It is on the basis of these needs that the emblematic coffee of the range, Caffè Superiore, was born: a single fine blend composed of 85% Arabica and 15% Robusta, the result of a careful blending of five refined single origins from three different continents - Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica and India - here together in a refined blend with warm and harmonious tones and low acidity.
Caffè Superiore is the result of a long process of analysis, selection and research in every production process to offer hints and flavors in the cup - such as flowers, fruits, spices, cocoa and cereals - which blend perfectly with milk and sweet creations, enhancing them the aromatic bouquet and the gustatory perception.
Alongside the blend, the selected limited edition single origins from the Gli Speciali – Torrefazione Dubbini line: a range of specialty coffee in continuous evolution as they are available in limited quantities to offer ever new sensations in the cup. In fact, the Speciali come from small local producers who take care of every aspect of the production chain. They are hand-roasted to enhance their aromatic profile and taste balance.
