Pastificio Ducato d’Amalfi Gragnano was founded in the heart of the City of Pasta with the mission to preserve and innovate one of Italy’s most prestigious gastronomic heritages: Pasta di Gragnano PGI. Established by a young, women-led team, the pasta factory embodies the perfect blend of centuries-old tradition and a contemporary vision, bringing authenticity and the true value of Made in Italy to the world.
Our pasta is certified PGI – Protected Geographical Indication, produced exclusively in Gragnano according to the official regulations: 100% Italian semolina from Puglia and Basilicata, pure water from the Monti Lattari, bronze-die extrusion, and slow natural drying from 18 up to 60 hours at low temperatures. This unique process ensures extraordinary roughness, a fragrant wheat aroma, and excellent cooking performance, making it internationally recognized as a symbol of gastronomic excellence.
The product range includes the Chef Line in 1 kg formats designed for Michelin-starred restaurants, elegant packs for gourmet shops, wine boutiques and delicatessens, exclusive Gift Boxes ideal for the corporate and high-end gourmet sector, and La Dispensa del Ducato with artisanal sauces and preserves. A premium selection consistent with our philosophy: never in mass retail, but only through carefully selected premium channels.
Beyond production, the Pastificio promotes pasta culture with the Gragnano Experience: a multimedia 4D tour that tells the story of Pasta di Gragnano PGI, combined with farm-to-table tastings at La Cucina del Ducato.
