We are Alessandra and Antonio, co-founders of the poultry company Tuorlo Biancofiore.
Our company has chosen to raise free-range hens outdoors, under the sun, in Puglia, in the heart of the Gargano region.
Our hens live in harmony with nature, and the eggs they lay, with their freshness, are a concentrate of health and well-being: nutritious, light, digestible, and above all, safe. This is possible because our hens eat locally grown cereals, peck on wild herbs, drink fresh, microbiologically pure water, and live without the use of antibiotics, which contributes to their vitality as they roam freely.
The love we have for these wonderful creatures is embodied in our "Nobiluovo."
This year, our company enhances its identity and completes its mission with the production of a fragrant organic oil of our own, artisanal egg pasta, unique for its firmness and its aroma of durum wheat, and a new and special offering: the introduction of noble free-range chicken meat, the result of the loving breeding of chickens that live outdoors, in complete freedom.
Their meat, with its unmistakable characteristics, represents a further step toward excellence, combining the tradition of our land with respect for animals and the environment.
