I like to think that in each of our coffees there is a little bit of our company, our family, and our business dream.
Each cup should remind of our noisy family meetings around large tables, the dedication to work that our grandparents taught us, the respect for values and others. Being a family and a company at the same time, is a unique source of energy, an inestimable value, a guarantee of ethics, passion, and continuity.
I grew up together with our roastery. My sister, my cousins and I spent from an early age most of our free time there: We used to play on sacks and compete to see who could stack the boxes better, with as much attention as possible, coffee should be treated with respect, my mother reminded us always that behind a cup of coffee there was not only the work and sacrifices of our family, but also those of many other people, who had grown and harvested that coffee. Many things have changed since then, while others have stayed exactly the same: our determination to learn and grow, the enthusiasm for our coffee and the deep respect for the land and the work of the entire supply chain. 
The construction of our photovoltaic system, the achievement of organic producer and Fairtrade operator certifications and the investment in continuous training are the fundamental steps in our commitment.
