Alpe Magna - High-Altitude Goodness, is the collection of sauces and gravies from the Trentino and Italian culinary tradition. The idea stems from the desire to enclose in convenient and elegant jars all the gastronomic knowledge gathered in more than 70 years of history, interpreting typical Trentino and Italian recipes in a modern guise.

The history of Alpe Magna began in 1953, when Mario Simonetto, after a few years as a butcher's boy, opened his first butcher's shop in Castelnuovo (Trento). The experience handed down through the generations has been enriched with new skills while maintaining the original passion for quality. The care in the selection and hand processing of each ingredient, the passion for our work and for ancient traditions make Alpe Magna products masterpieces of taste. Our sauces and gravies become small works of art, made with love and dedicated to lovers of good food.
