Our story begins in 1980, with Mario, a man who loved to gamble with life and who imagined the future from his homeland of Toritto, in Puglia: an agriculture made of passion, vision, and roots.
In 2001, Azienda Agricola De Palma was founded, with a simple yet powerful idea: to transform the love of the countryside into a concrete project, made up of olive trees, almond trees, and daily care.
From that story, step by step, Fòlia is born today:
an Apulian brand that combines the solidity of the family farming experience with a contemporary and botanical aesthetic vision.
At the center is organic extra virgin olive oil, produced by native cultivars and described as a daily sensory and ritual experience.
Rounding out the range are Toritto almonds and artisanal taralli, in a taste journey that speaks of nature, living matter, and wild beauty.
