“Antico Forno Santi” Antico Forno Santi is an artisanal bakery that produces its specialties every day in its workshop in Pistoia. Our cantucci were created many years ago thanks to the passion and creativity of our masters, who passed down to us a respect for traditions and the secrets of ancient recipes, which we have further enriched over time with the creation of new tasty products. Every day we hand-make our “cantuccini” using the best raw materials, carefully selected. All our products are made without added colorings or preservatives, and at the base of each product are eggs, sugar, and flour, to which the key ingredient of the “cantuccino” is then added. In addition to the traditional “Cantuccio alla Mandorla”, we also make “Chocolate Cantucci”, “White Chocolate and Cocoa Cantucci”, “Fig Cantucci”, “Apricot Cantucci”, and more.
