La Perla di Torino is rooted in the unique homeland of the most renowned hazelnut worldwide, the Langhe “Tonda Gentile Trilobata”, and treasures in all its creations the scents, traditions, and culture of this gourmand territory, thus being ambassador in the Italian chocolate of distinction. We select only the finest whole 14mm hazelnuts and we control their entire supply chain inhouse from their sorting, roasting, cleaning, graining, and refining. The result is a pure hazelnut paste which the expertise of our Production Managers turns into real taste. Top quality ingredients and processes respecting and enhancing the raw material give birth to both traditional recipes and daring innovations, showing the company’s ability to play with creative versions with a contemporary taste.
