Dolcevia was born in the heart of the Venetian area from a passion for leavened baked goods and a constant pursuit of quality. Davide and Alessandro, together with Pastry Chefs Matteo, Livio and Alberto, have created an artisanal bakery where tradition, innovation and attention to detail come together every day.
Our production includes panettoni, colombe, sweet and savoury breads, sweet and savoury biscuits, and traditional sbrisolona cakes, alongside our latest additions: buns, brioche buns and pizza bases. Designed for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, these products are ready to use and require no refrigeration or freezing.
