Gins, amari and liqueurs pay tribute to tradition, interpreting the specific characteristics of a territory and, once placed behind the bar counter, reinventing cocktails and giving a special twist to modern mixology.

Amaro Auser
For three generations the same recipe featuring aromatic and medicinal herbs, spices and fruit peel, has been used to create an Amaro liqueur that draws on the values of tradition.  It is joined by Rosa Rubra, a dessert liqueur prepared from a natural infusion of Red Rose and Dog Rose petals.

Farmacia Camboa
Elixirs from Lecce based on vegetable extracts and essential oils obtained from steam distillation or cold pressing.  The recipe dates back to 1948 and was formulated by Antonio Camboa, better known as Uccio, the old pharmacist of Uggiano La Chiesa, a small hamlet of around 4000 inhabitants in the province of Lecce.  Today the Farmacia Camboa pharmacy continues this tradition, just like in the old days.

Mirto Sannai
Overlooking the gulf of Marinella, surrounded by Myrtus Communis plants, in complete harmony with nature, this small farm produces five types of myrtle or Mirto liqueurs: berries, honey, white myrtle, berries and leaves, and the Reserve. The skins are distilled and aromatized with Pompia (a typical Sardinian citrus fruit), in order to obtain the only gin in the world with a Myrtle alcoholate base.
