For over forty years, Valsana has been researching, selecting and distributing cheeses, cured meats and other Italian and international gastronomic specialities. Every week, we deliver over 2,000 fresh products directly from our warehouse to the best delicatessens, cheese shops, wine bars, and restaurants in Italy and abroad, in 42 countries.
The soul of our work is curiosity, the desire to discover products and tell the stories of the people who create them and the territories where they come from. We are neither producers nor refiners: we select products and, when possible, leave them to mature in their places of origin. We do not brand them, but try to introduce you to the producers and give you the opportunity to meet them.
