Squisito is a small laboratory located in the territory of the Culatello di Zibello consortium, where the meats are expertly processed by hand and in a natural way, according to the ancient tradition handed down from generation to generation and guarded with great respect by the master pork butcher Angelo Capasso.
The raw material is of the highest quality because it is selected following the strict specifications imposed by the consortium.
Angelo's great passion, respect for nature and the knowledge of the pork butcher's art, together with the maturing in the old vaulted brick cellars and the humid and cold climate of the winter months, complete the score generating a unique and unparalleled symphony of flavors.
