My Kombucha was born in 2021 from four friends and a journey.
The four friends are Battista, Gabriele, Mattia, and Simone. The "journey" refers to the six years that Mattia spent in Australia. It's a place from where Tia, the "Pres" (short for President) among friends, returned with two convictions: a passion for a fermented drink called kombucha and the dream of producing kombucha in Italy.
The initial fermentation experiments turned into small bottles given to family and friends, then into colorful cans. Eventually, after numerous attempts and a lot of elbow grease, the time came for the laboratory in Induno Olona, in the province of Varese, where Mia Kombucha is handcrafted, from tea infusion to the actual fermentation.
Mia Kombucha uses only natural ingredients. No concentrates, no flavors, additives, or preservatives. The character of the five Mia Kombucha flavors (original, raspberry, lemon, ginger, hop) reflects our way of being: simple and authentic.
