Migliori is a family business all about "olive ascolane" the tipycal recipe of our town, Ascoli Piceno.
Olive Ascolane are olives stuffed with pork, beef, and parmesan cheese, then crumbed and deepfried. 
Since our foundation in 1985 we have been visited by many TV broadcast and shows, as we hold and share the legacy of the traditional dish of our fathers (better to say mothers).
