I Balzini Winery was born in 1980 from an idea of Vincenzo D'Isanto and now continued by his daughter Diana. It is located in Barberino Val d'Elsa (Florence), in the heart of Tuscany, a land with a great wine-production vocation and full of historical witnesses. All along these gentle hills, kissed by beautiful sunsets, are selected only first quality grapes, harvested by hand and constantly cared with great attention and passion, during all the phases of the process. I Balzini wines are elegant, smooth and pleasant to drink. Every singe bottle tell the tale of a territory which is deeply loved and cared by organic and eco-sustainablity choises. Because of the great prospective of aging of the wines, a part of the annual production is not put on the market immediately, it is kept apart to be sold when the wines reach their full potential. All the vintages from 1987 till now are still available, even in special size bottles (1,5, 3, 5, 6 and 12 lt).
