Casa Filippo was created to mark eighteen years of our restaurant, with the aim of gathering and celebrating the dishes that have shaped the story of our kitchen. It is a tribute to family flavors and inherited recipes—like Nonno Ilio’s ragù or my aunt’s arselle sauce—prepared with the same care and authenticity that have made them beloved over time. Casa Filippo stands at the meeting point between memory and what lies ahead: a way of preserving and sharing tastes that speak of home, of history, and of convivial moments around the table. Our wish is to bring these dishes beyond the restaurant walls, making them available in shops and in people’s homes, so that our cuisine can continue to live on, to be savored day after day, at new tables.
