Pure air and wind, fields that are well sprayed by mineral water which is drained from the slopes of the Gargano headland and which enriches the earth without stagnating, the medium-textured soil that undergoes meticulous tillage and extensive crop rotation: these are the seeds from which vegetables and fruit of excellent quality are born.
