We have been millers for 3 generations.
We keep alive the passion of the milling art by selecting and milling organic grains.
Our strenght lies in building local supply chains that have transformed the countryside of the small Marche village of Montefiore dell’Aso into one of the most Organic areas in the region.

Almost all the raw material comes from the Marche region and central Italy: soft and hard wheat of historic varities, minor cereals and legumes.

All our work stems from our passion and sensitivity for the environment and health and our love for biodiversity. We formed a network of farmers who have decided to follow us on the organic path and who today are attentive to the natural cycle of cultivation, organic rotation, and the use of natural fertilizers.

As of April 18, 2023, we have become a Benefit Corporation with the goal of having a positive impact on the environment, local realities and direct employees into our way of doing business, also earning us the prestigious title of Ambassadors of the Civil Economy 2023.

We will pursue the renovation of a former shoe factory with the intention of making it a training and promotion site to enhance the value of raw materials.


Our production offers a complete range of products, all entirely organic, From flours, stone-ground or roller-ground, bronze-drawn pasta dried at low temperature and many other products.
