Like an elegant speakeasy, the new TASTE SPIRITS section gathers over 20 artisanal labels representing the excellence of Italian-made gin, vermouth, Amari, bitters, and grappas. In the Cavaniglia Pavilion, visitors can enjoy these precious distillates and their aromas paired with sweet flavors in an ideal escape. An exciting selection of companies, some with a century-old tradition and others newly conceived, all dedicated to cultivating and researching the best botanicals and the care of the processing. The result is small productions, expressions of the terroir, that deliver the intensity of the passion they were born from in the glass.
