La Cascina 1899 was founded in 2005 and mainly deals with the production, valorisation and marketing of typical local products and Calabrian confectionery. The refined raw materials, the long natural leavenings, the careful study of the recipes, the uniqueness of the bergamot from Reggio Calabria and the manual processing as much as possible are our special ingredients.
