Birra Cala is the craft beer that embraces our unique Calabrian character, with all the fascinating shades of its contrasts. Our beers are produced using the water that flows from the slopes of the Pollino National Park, that feeds the beauty of our land. With its colours and flavours, these beers transmit the strength of a genuine and surprising land which for millennia has been preserving its untouched beauty. Our brewery is nestled in the Riviera dei Cedri (province of Cosenza - Calabria). Here, in the city of Scalea, we take care of all stages of our brewing chain, to honour the territory and the gastronomic and craft culture that distinguishes it. From the processing of cereals to the realization of the beer bottle design and their distribution, the entire production process of Birra Cala takes place in our territory, where the wise hands of our master brewers manage with experience, dedication and the right dose of creativity every working phase.
