Francesco and Donatella De Petri, Acetaia La Bonissima:
Taste is absolutely the most beautiful and elegant fair in the Italian food world. This edition was another confirmed success; the public was even better oriented compared to last year and we worked really well! I like the layout a lot because it is focused on the product: the stands are all the same size, so the flavor – and nothing else – talks. Moreover Taste offers as series of complements to food and services like the Tools, an interesting added value. The fair is a true jewel!

Piero Rondolino, Acquerello:
Taste has established itself as the Italian food artisans’ fair. There are many elements that make it a success: the beauty of the location, the originality of the format, the lack of contamination with non-artisan companies, the space dedicated to the tools. Without forgetting the invitation Taste extends to some of the most important top buyers from all over the world and the Fuori di Taste program: a wonderful initiative that encompasses the whole city and gives exhibitors an opportunity to meet clients in the evening, and allows foreign visitors to make some tasty stopovers around Florence.

Carlo Dall’Ava, Prosciuttificio Dok dall’Ava:
We have always taken part in Taste … We really believe in the event! This year it was confirmed as the most important food fair in Italy and to see our clients happy to participate is an irrefutable sign of its significance. I really like the selection of producers, all of the highest quality, and I appreciate the fact that all the stands are the same size: it is the product that speaks and that’s what counts. Excellent organization.
