Roasting is one of the most important steps in the art of coffee making and we here at Mokaflor give great importance to this process. Our coffees are roasted with care, using a traditional single varietal method that preserves the flavors and aromas of the beans.

CAFFELAB: MOKAFLOR'S SPECIALTY COFFEE LAB

Caffèlab was founded within Mokaflor in 2015 as a specialty coffee laboratory. The goal of Caffèlab is to promote the culture of high-quality coffee, and to offer coffee lovers the opportunity to learn about and appreciate the different varieties of coffee from all over the world.

Caffèlab offers a wide range of specialty coffees, both online on its own e-commerce platform, which has become a reference point for the specialty coffee sector in Italy, and offline through retailers.

ESPRESSO ACADEMY: OUR SCHOOL FOR COFFEE LOVERS & EXPERTS 

Espresso Academy is Mokaflor's coffee school for baristas and experts founded inside of Mokaflor in 2009. Espresso Academy offers high-level certified coffee training courses that cover all aspects of coffee preparation, from tasting to roasting and Latte Art.
