Fratelli Pelizziari Prosciutti is a small family business company, born from the intuition of our father Giuliano Pelizzari who, together with our mother Camilla, continued our uncle Enio's dream, which began in 1974, to produce a top quality ham. The production of our hams takes place in Langhirano, considered the cradle of Prosciutto di Parma. Today we three brothers, together with their mother Camilla, lead the company. Each of us carries out tasks in different areas, Stefano in the productive one, Stefania in the administrative one and Roberto in the commercial one. Today our ham is synonymous with high quality, sweetness and fragrance.
