Company Profile
In Vagliagli, in the heart of the Chianti Classico region and just a few kilometres from Siena, Dievole has been cultivating the land since 1090: a history that continues to this day through wine, olive oil and hospitality.
Alongside wine, olive oil is the second lifeblood of this land: produced in Dievole’s on-site mill, our extra virgin olive oils stem from a desire to distinguish ourselves as a centre of excellence in olive cultivation.
Innovative technologies, processes with low oxidative impact and rigorous quality controls on the olives enhance Tuscan cultivars and traditions, preserving quality over time.
Three oils – Chianti Classico PDO, Toscano PGI and the new 1090 – differ in their aromas and food pairings, but are united by the same production philosophy.
