Pintaudi is an artisan confectionery company, specialized in the production of breakfast baked goods, founded and directed by Giuseppe Pintaudi in Trieste.
After a rigorous training course, enriched by a long professional experience in the sector, Pintaudi opened a confectionery shop near Trieste in 2004.
This was just the beginning of an artisan and entrepreneurial activity based on the search for absolute quality and genuineness of each of his products, starting with the basic ingredients.
In 2008, the company moved to the enlarged facility in San Dorligo della Valle (Trieste), where, using innovative technologies, but with the same methodological rigour, it developed different types of top quality biscuits, the exquisite "Frolla italiana" line, and the Fette Biscottate, recognised internationally as a direct expression of the best food tradition.
At the end of 2021, Pintaudi became part of Polo del Gusto, the sub-holding of Gruppo Illy that brings together brands of excellence from the Food & Beverage world.
