Acquerello is harvested, refined and packed at Tenuta Colombara in Livorno Ferraris (Piedmont), the heart of Vercelli province. Acquerello is the ultimate rice, it is aged from 1 to 7 years, slowly refined with an exclusive method recognized with an international patent, and enriched with its own germ to preserve all the nutritional values found only in brown rice. Acquerello is a perfect rice, mainly thanks to its round, firm and tasty grains. Acquerello does not lose its starch, its proteins and its vitamins, it doesn’t stick, it well absorbs cooking liquids and it’s very tasty; moreover it is perfectly suited for any kind of recipe. To conserve all its important characteristics Acquerello is sealed into vacuumed air-free original tin and pack.
