The new Guido Tommasi Editore Bookshop
The fragrance of freshly baked pages will take the Stazione Leopolda by storm. It is all merit of Letture al forno [Readings at the Bakery], the Guido Tommasi Editore bookshop, which designer Marco Marzini imagined as an enormous oven. The publishing house specialized in short stories, essays, and cookbooks will bring an extensive selection of books by international food writers to Taste 2019, while also making a nod to this edition’s theme: bread. There will be recipe books, practical manuals, tales of famous chefs, and of the men and women, who celebrate with great passion the art of baking in their daily work.
