Coldiretti Toscana, the Consorzio dell’Olio Toscano IGP, and Unaprol return to Taste. In a very special space, the Hall and Corridor of the Arch in the Monumental Area, the Consorzio dell’Olio Toscano IGP, representing over 8,000 Tuscan olive growers, will offer masterclasses dedicated to olive oil. These experiential training sessions will guide participants, with the help of professional tasters, through a sensory analysis of different types of oils. Attendees will learn to identify the distinctive features of olive oil and differentiate high-quality oils from inferior ones.
