Our Vineyards are in Roncade in the province of Treviso between the Venetian lagoon and the Montello Hills. This area has ideal temperatures and big temperature shifts between day and night, in a clay soil. Producing the Metodo Classico in an area known worldwide for the Prosecco, takes a good measure of wild audacity, in particular if they are not dosed, vintage and single variety vinification. You will go crazy when you will taste the Metodo Classico Maria Vittoria brut Nature from Pinot Grigio grapes, and the Metodo Classico Pinot Bianco Brut Nature with the yeasts.
