Shark - Bottega del Pesce focuses on high quality seafood street food. We specialize in the artisanal production of fish charcuterie, which can be purchased at our shop (both offline and online) or tasted in our menu. Thanks to a careful selection exclusive ingredients and the constant improvement of our secret recipes, we developed a line of seafood cured meats, enriched in flavour with salts, spices and smoking. This has led to the creation of some of our best-selling items, such as the red tuna bresaola, the smoked swordfish loin, the "roastfish", the fish sausage, the marinated salmon and the octopus bacon, which can be purchased at our physical location in Prato or through our online shop.
