The company Salumi Martina Franca Srl is an agricultural-artisan cured meat factory located in Apulian in the beautiful city of Martina Franca, in the heart of the “Valle d’Itria”. The main feature are the short chain cured meats. In fact with the breeding located in its own estates, the "black Apulian pig" is brought to have the enhancement and protection of an indigenous breed from which the authentic Capocollo di Martina Franca is produced without preservatives and also other traditional cured meats and ancient local recipes. The aging of our cured meats takes place in natural cellars.
