Company Profile
We are the oldest confectionary in Ialy, founded in Genoa in 1780. Our roots lie in Liguria, a land of the sea, cultural exchange and trade, which we keep alive through a production model based on the French and Italian nineteenth century models, with the division of a large workshop into shops. These shops, traditionally known as “botteghe”, are led by our artisans who thus become bearers of a cultural heritage to be preserved and handed down. Our craftsmanship respects the cycles of the seasons, faithfully following the recipe books of the ancient figure of the “confiseur-chocolatier” in the Genoese art of candying, with its slow processes that preserve the excellence and original flavor of the creations of nature.
