They are acidified in a natural way, when needed, accurately checked and controlled during the production process and preserved with the method of pasteurization, in a soft manner, which allows us to preserve their intense fragrance and taste. Moreover, we have studied a NEW and CUTE PACKAGING, for our jars and bottles, eye-catching, which immediately tells you this history of passion and tradition.
