Olivieri 1882 is an Italian and international benchmark in the field of Pastry and Artisan Leavened Products.
Panettone and Pandoro are two “signature” products of our company, which have always been at the top of national rankings. To these is added the Colomba, awarded as the Best Artisan Dove in Italy in 2019 by Gambero Rosso and for years the highest score for the best bakery in Italy always by Gambero Rosso.
Olivieri 1882's Panettone was cited in the New York Times for the third time as “Best Panettone.” The leavened products of the Arzignano (VI) company are now found in the best food boutiques, specialty food stores, luxury department stores all over the world.
We then collaborate with prestigious international brands such as Gucci, Fortnum & Mason, Printemps, Roberto Cavalli and Loro Piana.

Colomba
The Easter sweet par excellence. A fluffy cloud topped with an almond, hazelnut, pine nut and sugar glaze. What distinguishes the Olivieri 1882 Colomba from the rest is its use of 4 times the amount of eggs in its recipe, imparting a flavor, structure, and vivid yellow color without equals.
Pandoro
The Pandoro is born from a long and complex production process that requires three different types of dough and 3 days total. Technical precision results in a product with a refined flavor and a soft and fluffy structure, that is completely natural and artisanal.
Il Panettone Olivieri 1882
Voted by Gambero Rosso as one of the best Artisan Panettoni in Italy. The use of strictly selected raw materials is key: raisins, handcrafted candied oranges, fine vanilla pods, Italian grain flours, raw cane sugar and butter obtained by centrifugation.
