We are Mosto Ardente, mustard farmers in Alta Langa. We've brought a different, unconventional crop to our land to introduce a new and unique flavor: an artisanal wine-flavored mustard, all local, all Italian!
In our lab, we stone-grind the mustard seeds from our fields to slowly extract their precious oil, which gives mustard its creaminess and characteristic flavor.
The south-west exposure, the strong biodiversity, the unique terroir of the Langa combine to give our mustard a unique and extraordinary character, where the famous wine meets the strength and spice of mustard to enter into original recipes, which you will no longer do without it!
