The Latteria di Branzi 1953, based in Branzi, in the heart of Val Brembana (BG), is a beacon of mountain excellence, specializing in the production, aging, and distribution of local dairy products. Among these, the prestigious Formaggi Principi delle Orobie stand out as a testament to our commitment to promoting the Cheese Valleys of the Orobie region: a unique project that played a pivotal role in Bergamo’s recognition as a UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy.
In addition to the renowned cheeses of the Orobie, we are proud to present our line of fresh dairy delights, which includes classic Italian spoon desserts: panna cotta, yogurt, puddings, and our latest creation, the delicious crème caramel. All these products are made exclusively with milk from the Valle Brembana Dairy, ensuring superior quality and a strong connection to our territory—values that have always defined our offerings.
