Company Profile
Crunchiness is kind of our trademark.
When we started making our pickled vegetables, they immediately stood out from all the others, not only for their delicious colors, but also for their
exceptional crunchiness.
It's not just a question of It's not just a matter of sound; that crunch encapsulates our philosophy: if they make that noise when you bite into them, it's because we process the vegetables
with respect for their nature. Along the way, we met people, products, and
stories that helped us grow and become
increasingly aware of a need: the need to go a little deeper.
Our concept of crunchiness has thus become a supply chain that includes multiple players in a shared process.
A process that in 2025 led us to embark on a whole new path, that of Morgan's gardens, areas selected for the production of our vegetables.
Sharing this project with us are Giorgio Poeta's small nomadic bees, which fly over these gardens pollinating the flowers and making them fertile with new life. When the fruits ripen, we harvest them to process them, confident that the bees will ensure new pollination, as well as producing their honey here.
