Company Profile
Since 1950, Frantoio Gaudenzi has been a benchmark in Umbrian olive growing. Located in Trevi, in the heart of the FAO-listed Olive Belt, the company was founded on a deep family dedication to olive cultivation and the production of extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality, with the goal of fully expressing the identity of its territory.
Today, with the third generation at the helm, the mill combines tradition and innovation through complete control of the production chain: from the care of the olive groves to milling within a few hours of harvesting, and finally to storage and bottling. Attention to every detail, together with continuous research on the sensory profile of the oils, results in products that stand out for their balance, aromatic complexity, and technical precision.
The range includes premium monocultivar, DOP, and blended oils – among them Quinta Luna, Chiuse di Sant’Arcangelo, and Seven – award-winning labels at major national and international competitions, designed for a discerning audience that values absolute quality and stylistic consistency.
Frantoio Gaudenzi collaborates with chefs, restaurateurs, and food professionals in Italy and abroad, offering a product that unites deep roots, rigorous production standards, and a contemporary vision of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
