It has no peel or seeds: it is handmade with flour, oil, wine and salt. Plus a few special ingredients, which you can't wait to try.
Managing a truly artisanal reality, we search with a thousand sacrifices for collaborations that enhance our product and our brand, without standardizing it and without having a craving for industrial volumes.
For the reasons indicated above, we always look for small distributors or agents who really "sell as if we were the ones selling", I use quotation marks, given the difficulty encountered in this continuous search which, however, in my opinion is the only way to place a quality product quality, in fact the vast majority of our customers are managed directly by us.
Ours is an artisanal production, from a few quintals a day, made with the skill and passion of our operators who reproduce the authentic workmanship of Apulian housewives, we create various flavors only with fresh ingredients and selected raw materials, ours is very particular tarallo with "Grano Arso", a type of flour combined with tarallo for the first time, here, the result of an ancient recipe, handed down by the farmers of northern Puglia, who reused the wheat grains burnt and parched by the sun for domestic use, to produce this flour with an intense flavor, tending towards toasted.
