It was 1979 when Michele Di Gaetano, together with his wife Marina, chose Bolgheri to fulfill a life’s dream: have their own farm. They took care of the secular olives trees already present in their grove, planted new ones and then they built the mill. With passion and tenacity, Paolo, Simone and their sister Beatrice were able to turn their parent’s business into a state-of-the-art production reality, always looking towards perfection.
