Dolcevia was born in the heart of the Venetian area during the pandemic, within the hangar78 Cooking School, as an artisanal bakery specializing in leavened products. During a period of forced pause, our team transformed its passion for cooking into research and refinement: doughs, techniques, and genuine products. The vision and determination to create something unique came from Davide and Alessandro, the founders of the brand, who shaped a project capable of growing without losing its authenticity.
Our philosophy is based on quality, craftsmanship, and passion. Every leavened creation is the result of a slow and meticulous process, using carefully selected ingredients to achieve soft and refined doughs. Our Pastry Chefs—Matteo, Livio, and Alberto—oversee each production stage with dedication, maintaining high standards even as the bakery expands.
