Founded as a farming company, Capoccia Bio has grown by integrating a stone mill, an artisanal pasta factory and a bakery, with a clear focus on consistent quality, food safety and responsible production.
We grow organic cereals and legumes, with special attention to ancient grains and varieties suited to our land, accepting agricultural limits as an essential part of product value.
