1) GIN BUGIN
In 2018, we finalized the BUGIN gin recipe. The word "bocin" means "veal" in Piedmontese dialect. With its botanicals that complement those often used in cooking, it was the first spirit designed to pair with cuts of meat.
From the very beginning, we used BUGIN gin to infuse our artisanal cured meats, creating the first line of gin-infused cured meats, still unique on the market. Our approach is to both follow and challenge Piedmontese tradition.
The versatility of BUGIN gin in cocktails—especially during meals and aperitifs—goes hand in hand with its use in the kitchen, both for deglazing cuts of meat and for marinating them.
To release the notes of BUGIN gin in a truly special way, in 2024 we launched the first limited editions of barrel-aged Old Tom ex-Vermouth, the result of a meticulous resting of BUGIN gin in barrels that previously held red or white Vermouth.
2) COCKTAIL JELLIES for cheeses and meat
Completing the BUGIN range are the Cocktail Jellies: the first cocktail-flavored gelatins that revolutionize pairings with cheese.
We produce them in ten versions, including Martini Cocktail, Negroni, Gin Tonic, Spritz, Gin Mule, and Mojito. And 4 new versions! Each flavor is recommended with a different type of cheese.
3) GIN TONIC READY TO DRINK
Among our products is also the Ready-To-Drink Gin Tonic in a can (250 ml, 7.8% ABV). Inside, we have included BUGIN gin and classic tonic water, made with quinine only, to enhance the botanicals of the distillate.
We created it with the characteristics that make it the ideal Gin Tonic for meats and grilled dishes: both thanks to BUGIN’s botanicals and its delicate bitter note, which refreshes the palate during meals.
There’s no need to add ice—just chill the can in the fridge before drinking. An incredible mix of practicality, aroma, and flavor, also without preservatives.
4) COCKTAIL RUB: cocktail-flavored spices for any type of cooking
The BUGIN range also includes another type of product that is new to the market: Cocktail Rubs.
In these, the botanicals of BUGIN gin form the base of six different blends of salt, spices, and herbs that recall the aroma and flavor of the most iconic cocktails: Martini Cocktail, Negroni, Gin Tonic, Spritz, Gin Mule, and Mojito.
They are the first and only rubs that bring together the worlds of mixology, cooking, and barbecue.
Simply use them to massage and season meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables before any type of cooking: barbecue, grill, oven, or pan. Attention to quality remains the common thread throughout the entire range: Cocktail Rubs contain neither alcohol nor preservatives.
5) KETCHUP SAUCES AND BBQ SAUCES, cocktail-flavored
In our laboratory, we also produce the first and only American-style barbecue sauces that combine the worlds of mixology and barbecue: the Cocktail BBQ Sauces.
We make them using recipes based on herbs, spices, and top-quality ingredients to recreate the aromatic notes of the most iconic cocktails.
Both the classic ketchup and black garlic ketchup, as well as the BBQ sauces—like the Cocktail Rubs—contain neither alcohol nor preservatives.
