Bodrato is a company that still manufacture chocolate according to tradition, founded in 1940 in Genoa, subsequently settled in Capriata d’Orba (AL) in Piedmont. A successful business that is led by siblings Fabio and Paola Bergaglio since 2001, while continuing to bear the name of the founder. 2014 was the turning point for Bodrato: an ultimate brand new headquarter in Novi Ligure; a location equipped with a modern laboratory that, according to the very high-quality standards, that is also environmentally sustainable thanks to solar panels, heat exchangers and a thermal insulation system.
